IDENTIFYING YOUNG TALENT We aim to identify and recruit young talent through the Academy's scouting network. This means that if one of our staff identifies a talented player, the boy/girl (via the parent/carer) will be invited to attend one of the Development Centres. Registration Form - The parent/carer of the child must complete a Form and give to the BESAcademy, before his/her first session by either emailing or sending the document to the email or office address provided. INFORMATION Each session is staffed by FA and UEFA qualified coaches and the sessions last between 1 and 1 and a half hours in the evening during the week. Boys and girls need to wear suitable clothing and footwear. ABOUT OUR TALENT IDENTIFICATION SCOUTS Academy Scouts are thoroughly CRB checked. The Academy carries out regular training to ensure our scouts are up-to-date with all the processes and procedures we operate. . HOW ACADEMY SCOUTS MAKE AN APPROACH A member of BESA will talk with the parents/managers and/or teachers of a player. If you are approached by an Academy Scout and wish to verify his identity, please contact the Academy via email on info@besacademy.com We give you this reassuring information because we are aware that there are people who look to exploit the hopes of young players wanting to join a football academy like BESA. Therefore, we want to warn and advise players and their families to prevent them being exploited for financial gain or other motivations. The academy maintains a regular contact with all the registered schoolboy players from the U9 to U16 groups, and offers assistance to all the schools to stress the importance of obtaining successful examination results.
